Fall Blogging Goals

I feel like I set blogging goals so infrequently. Any other bloggers out there feel the same? It’s so important to set goals to help monitor your growth and keep you on track, especially as a solo-preneur. You need those goals to hold yourself accountable.

Now, my current big thing is to limit my to-do lists to 5 or fewer things so I don’t get overwhelmed with all the things I need to do. I will be doing the same with my blogging goals to help myself stay on track and avoid burnout.

Figure out the Legal-ish.

I’ve been putting this off for too long. It’s high time I figure out what the heck I’m doing and how the heck I can be liable for my own business. Heaven forbid I get stuck in a legal battle as a sole proprietership. It’s time to start looking into finally forming that LLC.

Grow my Twitter to 1k.

Honestly, I started to fall out of love with IG when the algorithm happened. I’m tired of seeing the same person in a row and feeling like my growth is stagnant. However, when I started going onto Twitter more, I saw a beautiful blogging community with so many women building each other up! I want to be a bigger part of that and start building my own Twitter community.

Automate Facebook and Pinterest.

I started dipping into automation with Pinterest, but it’s about high-time I start looking into doing it with Facebook too. Whether it’s hiring a VA or using an automation service, I gotta get to it. (Any Facebook automation recommendations for those of you that have done it?)

Connect with other bloggers.

I want to start sharing what other bloggers out there are doing. My goal is to be able to share 3 different posts from 3 different bloggers every day on my FB page and once a day on Twitter.

Stop writing posts at the last minute.

C’mon Kirsten. You’ve been blogging for years and still haven’t mastered scheduling blog posts in advance.

Shop My Outfit:

So this is the second pleated maxi skirt that I own. I know ya girl doesn’t need two of them, but I am a total sucker for this olive color. It’s a little long, but nearly the perfect length with these Michael Kors mules I got on mega-sale at Dillard’s! Don’t worry, I linked them in the widget above! The #OOTD shirt was a Poshmark find, so you might have to search Ebay or Poshmark for that one, but I did my best to link some similar tees.

Shop the pleated skirt HERE.

So tell me – do you have any goals or favorite fashion trends this fall? (And yes, I know that’s a very broad and random question.)

Hi - my name is Kirsten! I am currently based in Chicago after a long cross-country move from Arizona. What will you find here? I love sharing all things sustainability and slow fashion, any of my day-to-day shenanigans, the latest new hobbies I picked up, and whatever concert or music festival I can find. Welcome and thanks for popping in to my little corner of the world wide web!
