Mile High City

So for Christmas, my boyfriend got me some of my favorite gifts. He did good work. He bought me this cute Colorado tee, which is arguably one of the softest tees I own and the most beautiful Swarovski necklace that you can see in this post if you look very closely. It’s that pretty, shiny triangle thing right above the collar line. The tee is a little loose, so I like tying it at the waist, which I actually do with a lot of my tee shirts when I wear high waisted bottoms. I just love how it looks.

This denim skirt is a favorite of mine, as you can probably tell from the amount of times I wear it. These flats are also a recent favorite of mine. They took a while to break-in but I am so excited they’re finally good to wear for long outings. They literally go with everything and if you look for them online, they are on major sale right now. I got mine from Maude Boutique, they’re my go-to place for cute shoes, but they may be sold out. Either way, definitely check out their other shoes.

I’m not sure if I told y’all, but I secured an Instagram collaboration with Coach at the end of last year. Major milestone for the blog. This is the purse I got, and after I’m done taking photographs with it, I’m giving it to my mom as a belated birthday present. This purse is so cute, it was hard to give up, but my mom has done so much for me and, to be honest, I have plenty of purses.

I already raved about these sunnies in an earlier post, and they’re still as great as ever.

No, I did not actually wear this outfit in Denver, way too cold right now, but I did wear this outfit lately in Tucson because it reminds me of my boyfriend and the shirt is just so soft.

Keep reading and you can see the photos from my last trip to Denver!

My latest trip to Denver:

In more exciting news, my boyfriend is now back from Denver and we have so many fun trips planned, I cannot wait to show you guys!

On my last trip to Denver, we visited Hot Sulfur Springs and I’m a little bummed I didn’t get more photos. We stayed in Granby for a night at a great AirBnB and just look at that sunset we got to see! Hot Sulfur Springs was oh-so-relaxing, even more so that I expected. I highly recommend the private baths there. The one we were in was underground and it felt like it sucked all the toxins out of my body. Just don’t forget to remove your jewelry because it will tarnish it (but it’s fixable if you forget)!

Hi - my name is Kirsten! I am currently based in Chicago after a long cross-country move from Arizona. What will you find here? I love sharing all things sustainability and slow fashion, any of my day-to-day shenanigans, the latest new hobbies I picked up, and whatever concert or music festival I can find. Welcome and thanks for popping in to my little corner of the world wide web!

Thank you! I am seriously obsessed with this skirt – one of my best purchases lately! With Unidays, you can get like 20% off at Levi’s I think!
